Concerned to ensure the overall quality of their products, companies in FASA Group invest in continuous quality improvement tools. They have a qualified team of employees operating at the Quality Control Laboratory which is responsible for periodically analyze the processes and products we manufactured.
Our Quality Policy and Manufacturing Practices is based on the standards of Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPFs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), meeting both standards and Brazilian health laws and the countries with which we do business.
In order to guarantee healthy products, companies in FASA Group have internal laboratory. They also have trained professionals to analyze raw materials, finished products, water consumption and also usufruct external laboratory services duly accredited in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), given the current methodologies.
The companies critically follow the rules and laws established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. Among them, we can mention the Normative Instruction No. 34, of May 28, 2008 and Circular No. 175/2005/CGPE/DIPOA which aim implementation and execution of Self-Control Programs. Among these programs, stands out the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and in a broader context, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
To strengthen our premisses and highlight the transparency, we value consumer-company relationship, we received in our recycling plants audits of Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply. We also receive visits and customer audits, taking advantage of these meetings to improve and model the processes, seeking continuous quality.
